- Develop up-to-date policy, procedures, form templates, guidelines and protection of Camma Microfinance Limited in a sufficient and timely manner. - Analyse the market research conducted by the Marketing and Product Development Department to be aware of market trends, market competition, and gaps between exiting microbusiness, personal consumption and staff loan products and market needs. - Manage on oversee the feedback collection analysis and give recommendations for ensuring of smoothness the policies and procedures implementation and product modification. - Obtains market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product; directing promotional support. - Managing all marketing activities such promotion, campaign, or other special event timely and effectively regarding to marketing plan. - Monthly, quarterly and yearly review actions plan to achieve KPIs setting. - Develop an up-to-date, sufficient and specific debt resolution strategy. - Develop, maintain and update marketing materials such as brochures, posters, leaflets, website, Facebook, YouTube, etc. - Give productive ideas and comments to be better for the design works. - Ensure that all marketing materials and product development designs are addressed to the customers’ needs and market competition. - Monitor medium-sized loan and staff loan quality and take a proper and timely action against arising issues. ** Salary and Benefits: A competitive salary based on education, prior-experience and potential are provided. - Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Banking, other related field. - At least 5-year experience in Marketing and Product Development in MFIs or Banks. - Commitment to the Camma MFI’s vision, mission and core values. - Work hard under pressure and on time manner. - Good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and project management skills. - Good inter-personal skill and communication with internal and external customers. - Good written and spoken English. - Strong computer skills (Microsoft office) Design. - High motivation and ability to work without supervision. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented; leads by example. - Able to establish credibility with managers and employees.
