-Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements -Scrutinizing construction and maintenance related costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals -Contract administration. -Effective liaison with project team, clients, main contractors, and subcontractors. -Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents. -Advising co-workers and clients on improvements and new strategies. -Keeping track of procurement processes including delivery tracking and stocktaking. -Documenting all changes and variations between contract design and as-built work, updating costs and budgets concurrently. -Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders. -Able to travel between the office and the various sites, including inter-provincial and overseas. -Cross departmental duties and responsibilities.

-Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Project Management, or similar. -Minimum of 5 years relevant experience. -Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. -Sound knowledge of construction. -Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. -Ability to organize, plan, and strategize. -Great networking abilities. -Fluent in both English and Chinese languages. -Must be an active team-worker, motivated and hardworking especially in a fast-paced environment. -Able to work independently without must guidance. -Vibrant and Healthy individual, preferably COVID vaccinated
