- Kamport Province - Kampong Cham Province - Svay Rieng Province - Phnom Penh ** Duties & Responsibilities: • Report to the Head of Department • Meeting and Handling the request from clients (quotations, Endorsement, policy, claims, etc) • Review the issued document to make sure it is properly done prior to send it to the clients • Coordinate daily tasks of Junior and Sales Officer • Report the feedback from the clients to the Head of Department • Efficiently take care of the flow of required document processing for the clients • Work closely with the Head of Department, coordinate or help Junior and Sales officer in order to provide good and value added services • Control all the needed services by the clients and make sure it is efficiently and timely provided • Provide the training to the clients about the benefit of the insurance policies if requested • Willing to learn all insurance policies as required by the company
