- Kamport Province - Kampong Cham Province - Svay Rieng Province ** Duties & Responsibilities: • Provide claim support on 24-hour service helpline • Handle the Property & MV claims or any other claims as instructed • Conduct the site survey and collecting related information of the claims • Be responsible for daily claims register and data input for the own claims handling • Collect all supporting claims documents • Efficient processing of claims payments and allocated claims files • Work closely with the insured in order to provide good and value added services • Work closely with the paneled garage to make sure they provide the good repairing services to our Insured/ Client • Attending to all enquiries • Other tasks as assigned
