** Report to: Senior Management Team ** Duties and Responsibilities - Development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow - Prepare monthly closing process and reconciliation for all account and management report - Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time - Avoid legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures. - Review Sale Summary for Outlet - Preparing and reviewing financial budget plan - Prepare monthly and annually tax declaration - Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process - Coordinate and deal with external auditor and banker - Fixed asset/ non capitalized asset control - Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, performance issues - Other tasks assigned by management
