Position : Business Manager Department : Agency Distribution Schedule : Full-time Location : Phnom Penh, Battambang, Kampong Cham, Siem Reap,Kom Pot. Monthly income : Potential income of $1,000 - $3,000 (Excluding commission and other benefits) * Roles and Responsibilities -Primary responsibility for business development strategy and operations -Manage and monitor team’s performance and productivity on a day-to-day basis -Work closely with Business Directors, other reporting lines and stakeholders to achieve pre-set targets -Manage and lead teams -Coach and mentor team members -Actively recruit new staff to enhance team performance -Ensure the achievement of personal and team’s sales targets -Other tasks assigned by the Company and Agency Leaders

-Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related field -At least 7-years’ experience at supervisory level, preferably in sales or financial industry -Experience in life insurance an advantage -Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, a can-do attitude, and facilitative management skills -Dynamic, independent, creative, positive-thinker and vibrant -Result-oriented, committed, flexible, and self-driven attitude -Enjoy working in a challenging and fast-paced environment -Strong communication skills and reasonable command of English
