• Work closely with the PM/SM to ensure the completion of the project within the projected budget. • Provide support to PM/SM in the management of project cost. • Assist to PM/SM with advice and contractual support for project concerned. • Assisting in monthly progress claim, and monthly report. • Preparing the construction schedule, and material purchase schedule • Preparing technical submission, material submission, • Conduct actual measurement for the works done by the team and subcontractors. • Establish and impose standard change management procedures to ensure accuracy of capturing change and quantification of works. • Measurement and valuation of works as per drawing and actual works for valuations, variation, claim extension of time, and final account as directed by the client. • Preparation of BoQ for civil works, architectural works and others for tender stage. • Checking and certifying of claims forwarded by the subcontractors. • Enhance the value of money while still achieving the required standards and quality. • Double check the request form of procurements with respect to the quantity base in our BoQ in order to prevent over purchase and wastage.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering • At least 3 to 5 years’ experiences in QS work • Creative with good management and interpersonal skill • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills. • Excellent computer skill: AotoCAD, MS.
