* Promote company products among the target user such as farmers, dealers and plantation owners in the assign territory. * Provide technical supports to farmer and dealer concerning agrochemical product applications in person or on phone call. * Organize farmer meeting and do follow up activities * Conduct and monitor field demo and field trail * Seek potential areas for product demo and standby with dealer * Report competitor activities in the assigned areas and suggest counter activities * Create monthly work plan and activities report * Build and maintain good business relationships with farmers, dealers, NGO * Performs related duties as required by supervisor.
