‘The SME Coordinator acts as the key contact person for all lending relationships with borrowers within Chamroeun’s SME lending activity, as well as for all partnerships associated to this activity. Chamroeun’s SME lending focuses on investments in sectors that will have positive and lasting changes to the lives of Cambodian families, namely in the agriculture, water, energy and other impact sectors’ We expect you to: ‘Have a strong and demonstrated understanding of lending processes and credit risk drivers’ ‘Be a skillful negotiator, keen to build lasting and beneficial partnerships with key stakeholders’ ‘Have a deep understanding of at least one of the sectors which Chamroeun’s SME lending activity focuses on’

You should have: ‘Experience working directly with agro-SMEs, in a function of business management or support services’ And/or ‘Experience in managing a lending portfolio, within the SME and sectors to be focused on’ And ‘A commitment to improving the lives of Cambodian families, above all else’ You will need to have competencies in: ‘Project Management’ ‘Autonomy and innovation’ ‘Analytical thinking’
