In line with the Group Strategy, you will be in charge to manage the marketing activities: DIGITAL MARKETING - Implementing new marketing strategies that appeal to audiences, - Planning and executing digital marketing : marketing database, email, social media and advertising campaigns, - Building and maintaining our social media presence, - Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the Group company’s websites, - Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data, - Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, - Working with the creative teammates to create artwork, designs materials. - Receiving feedbacks to improve existing strategies while welcoming new ideas RADE MARKETING - Implementing branding display, signage in our partners venues - Coordinatin events and build strong relationships with our partners (retails/B2B) - Executing the promotional plans and develop co-branding.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field - Proficient level of written and spoken English and Khmer A French is a plus. - First experience in digital marketing - Up-to-date knowledge and understanding about current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices. - Ability to identify target audience and devise digital campaigns that engage and convert them. - Experience with setting up and optimizing Paid Media platforms and Social Network (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc...) - Working knowledge of HTML and Photoshop is a plus - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking - Self-motivated but can also shine as part of a team SOFT SKILLS • Teamwork • Empathy • Attitude • Critical Thinking • Communication and adaptability ATTRACTIVE PACKAGE - Salary according to your experience - Working from Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off) – 40 hours - Annual paid leaves, public holidays - Workplace in Phnom Penh - Health Insurance (Standard coverage)
