- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executives - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices - Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles - Self-motivated and trustworthy - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work - Organizational and leadership skills - Good communication and teamwork skills - High level of English communication - Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Documentation skills

- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - In charge of the recruiting process: headhunting, participating in interviews, onboarding, and training employees - Develop a recruiting process: testing, and interviewing programs, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, recommend changes; - Develop and conduct orientation and training programs for old and new recruits to ensure a smooth onboarding - Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal systems for employees; - Manage and keep track of all the relevant records of employees - Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource state requirements: staff movement, NSSF, quotas, work permits, working visa, or anything related to the Ministry of labor -Keep track of employee’s time recording and produce the payroll accordingly -Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. - Nurture a positive working environment.
