- Review P&L and analyze variances - Post month-end entries - Bank and cash reconciliations - Reconcile balance sheet accounts (deposit, loan, tax payable, etc.) - Accrual for monthly taxes - Fixed assets maintenance (post transfer, disposal and/or write-offs) - Inventory maintenance (post shrinkage quarterly for all RFB locations) - Month-end closing on the 5 th of the following month - Must work half day on Saturday - Use Sage 300 accounting system - Must be organize and detail-oriented
