Job Description: Position of Senior MEP Engineer Based in Vientiane, LAO PDR Contract duration: 2 years with potential opportunity to continue with other projects in Laos. Contract starting date: April or May 2021. Project Description: Project 1 : Multipurpose 5* hotel project: 6 floors, 4 restaurants, convention & seminar, 45 hotel rooms, pool & fitness… Total construction area: 13,000m2 Project 2 : 5* Serviced Apartment project, 8 floors, restaurant, pool, fitness… Total construction area: 5,000m2

Qualification: Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing Engineering. Familiar with ACAD and Microsoft Office. 6 years of experience in similar projects including 3 in similar position. Responsibility: General knowledge in Electrical, General knowledge in MVAC, General knowledge in Plumbing & firefighting. General knowledge in telecommunication / Extra Low voltage (FAS, CCTV, TV, Tel, Wifi systems…) Manage MEP sub-contractor and / or internal workers; Anticipate construction problems and bring solutions; Manage and oversee the MEP day-to-day operation on the construction site; Check and Approve MEP related shop drawing; Check and Approve MEP related material; Ensure work is performed as planned; Encourage everyone to work in a safe manner and keep site cleaned; Define construction procedure beforehand and make sure the work is implemented accordingly.
