- Directly responsible for the serve and arrange the room for customers and ensuring a smooth running, - To supervise the completion & critique of the wage progress report on a weekly basis. - To be responsible for all accounting and billing and close sale daily - Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations and keep quality of customers services at highest level - Maintain appropriate staffing and prepare staff weekly/monthly roster; - Enforcing compliance with food safety and also responsible for security and hygiene in the restaurant - Administrating all paper work in a timely manner. - Ensuring product processes and policies are trained to employees; - Motivates and directs team member and shift coordinators to exceed guest expectation with friendly and speed of service in clean surroundings; - Maintains and records accurate inventory; - Prompt and regular attendance for assigned shift, meeting and training; - Supervise the renewal of menus and product line with Chef and owner - Performs other duties as assigned by management/owner.

- Bachelor’s degree in general management, general business or related field. - Minimum of 3 years’ relevant food restaurant experiences or F&B management - Female only - Excellent communicator and compelling presenter with strong written and oral communication skills. - Ability in leading the team, train the subordinates, handling guest’s need effectively with a good manner and positive and welcome attitude at all time. - Flexible, able to work independently, set and follow priorities, manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. - Customer-focused mindset - Excellent with PowerPoint and Excel - Good in Chinese and Khmer communication and English is plus. ** Benefit - High Salary (700$-1,000$) - Working Shift - Uniform - Meals Allowance - Day off
