- Maintain the site’s diary, arrange appointments, meetings. - Prepare staffs, workers attendance. - Update daily worker's wage, staff or worker OT. - Control the attendance and working hours - Maintain the inventory, properties at site. - Handle leaves for all staffs and workers. - Responsible for the site office maintenance. - Performs other duties as assigned.

- Minimum 1 year administration work experience in construction field. - Good command of English, both spoken and written. - Computer fluency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
