• Managing a region and plays a pivotal role in achieving the sales targets and eventually generates revenue for the organization • Effective planning and budgeting in accordance with the annual plans and long-term directions of the company • Leading and delivering the agreed volumes and profits for the Region, by planning, executing, managing all sales and brand activities through effective and efficient deployment of resources and budgets that have been assigned and allocated to the Region

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field • Preferably a minimum of 8 years in an FMCG environment with at least 4 years managerial experience in managing sales teams • Experienced and knowledgeable with types of promotions and mechanics in National Consumer Promotion (NCP), Wedding, Wholesaler, and retailer segments • Integrity, Self-Discipline, Trustworthy and reliable • Strategic thinking, organizing, planning, control, and execution skills • Analytical and numerical skills • Assertive, self-confident, and matured with good problem-solving skills • Good presentation and computer skills • Good communication skills, interpersonal and networking skills • Strong business acumen with entrepreneurial zest • Valid driving license
