Duties and Responsibilities - Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents. - Must be creative and organized. - Experience in working with various materials – bamboo, wood, steel, concrete, etc. - Must have a degree (associates or better) in Design or Architecture. - Must be able to develop renderings and drawings. Familiar with CAD and other similar drafting programs. - Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

* Education and/or Experience - Candidate must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in graphic design or architecture. * Language Skills - Must be able to read, write and speak English. Second language preferrable. * Other Demands - Candidate must be willing to relocate to Siem Reap Province - Must have personal transportation. - Should have a personal computer. - Days and Hours Worked Working hours: 8 – 5pm (5.5 days required) 44 hours/week. Work Environment: Site office. However, the individual will be required to make site visits & interface with sub-contractors and vendors. The job may require working from time to time on holidays, weekends and evenings when required. Salary and allowances being provided Company provides transportation allowance.
