* Part 1. 第一部Position Main Objectives 职位主要目的 1- Direct, coordinate, maintain and control HR attendance system that properly reflects the wage calculation. 2- Responsible for administration document to to the Government such as Ministry of Labour, Police station 3- Ensure the working condition and policies compliance with legal and regulatory in Cambodia and company procedures 4- Handling for HR issues such as grievance system, labour dispute, and discipline. Part 2. 第二部Key Responsibilities 主要职责范围 1- Apply documents: OT permit, Quota, Foreign work permit, staff movement, Worker labour book, worker health check-up after employment and other report to MOLVT. 2- Conduct workers training, orientation training, coordinate with Training workers on the hour of work, company policies to new joint and follow the schedule and training materials that is approved by HR & Admin in Charge. 3- Coordinate with China office for hour of work each department matters, develops and implements improvements as appropriate 4- Monitor of HR system and workers monthly data, new joints, leave, pregnant, breast feeding and day-care submit to HR& admin in Charge. 5- Review document for new join and leave worker and staff, 6- Relationship with shop steward and Union. 7- Labour dispute solution, worker discipline report to HR& Admin in Charge of the grievance issues, suggestion box letters, complaints and workers discipline, warning letter. 8- Review the amount of workers data, monthly attendance and OT meal allowance and report for HR & admin in Charge before submit the accounting department. 9- Communicate workers data, OT meal allowance, monthly attendance, staff movement submit to HR& Admin in Charge for checking before sending to Account team. 10- Deal with the HR matter related to workers ‘s attendance and benefit and workers complaint, then issues and directly report to HR & Admin in Charge. 11- Calculate and recruit new join upon needed man power approval of Production manager and General Manager. 12- Also part of Social compliance officer responsible and social compliance matters.

* Part3. 第四部Position Requirements 职位要求 1- Bachelor degree of Accounting and Finance 2- Able to speak Chinese, read and write Khmer and English. 3- Computer skill: Microsoft word and Excel. 4- 3 year experience in HR & Admin dept.
