• Prepare Regional working plan for visit dealers for check quality & convince dealers to increase GA, VC • Training all agent and keep coaching all subordinate in order to keep an outstanding quality • Recruit dealers, Oversee on their performance • Collect all market feedback from Sales Rep, dealers and competitors and update to management for any comment or solution. • Work closely with dealers and team (Good relationship both Internal & External) • Manage Sales Rep in own territories motivate, encourage to make sure they are well understanding about product and service, well-perform and have sales tactics to achieve target. • Other tasks assigned by line manager

• Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields. • Can use English for working purpose. • At least 2-3 years of working experiences. • Self-motivated and hardworking. • Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills. • Result driven with constant desire to earn high income. • Able to communicate technical issues and effective presentation skills. • Self-motivated and flexible to work with minimum supervision. • Dynamic, hardworking and positive attitude. • Be flexible, dynamic, industrial, courteous and trustworthy. • Be able to use Ms office, internet and E-mail. • Telecom experiences is an advantage Work Condition and Benefit: ➢ Working Day: Monday – Friday (5day a week) ➢ Working Hour: 8 am – 5:30 pm ➢ Public Holidays Follow government policy ➢ 18 Annual leave and Other benefits compliance to the low ➢ Competitive Salary and Promote Opportunities ➢ Provide Phone, Monthly Top-up and Sim Card ➢ Insurance ➢ Seniority payment ➢ Salary range: Base on negotiation
