General Summary: Control all Computer in Poipet Branch, System and support all connection with MIS team from Head Office. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Keep maintaining all computer and network in good working order in Poipet Store • System supports all computer in Poipet branch • Support other task requested by MIS team • Report problem and system error to MIS team • Coordinate with MIS team to make sure System is working properly • Coordinate with MIS Team for maintenance and reserve PC spare part, PDA and other related devices • Manage, implement and support the day-to-day of an IT operational works. • Install and configuration with computer hardware, software and network • Setting up accounts for new users • Control network, system and server. • PC maintenance such as update window, computer virus, connection, installation of new application etc. • Installing and configuring computer systems • Other technical tasks support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology • 1-3 years of relevant working experience • Able to handle stress and work under unpredictable circumstance • Good in English communication, Thai is a plus
