o A minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role (in a fleet management company) o At least 2 years of driving experience in a delivery role o Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills o Good analytical and coordinating abilities o Must possess good leadership qualities o Must be proactive and be able to pay keen attention to the smallest of details o Ability to work as part of a team o Basic knowledge of computer applications o Must be able to motivate the drivers to ensure their full co-operation at all times o Must be able to manage time effectively and also meet/beat deadlines o Need to understand vehicle systems, mechanics, and technology sufficiently to authorize repairs and accurately evaluate the work of employees involved in maintenance and repairs.
