** Job purpose Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for overview and ensure the product and operation process comply with quality management system. * 70% Export task - Set up operation planning & maintain the quality system for export product. - Maintain supplier management. - Ensure customer satisfy with product specification quality. * 30% Local task - Overview operation planning & maintain the quality system. - Take responsibility for food safety license. - Focus & support related party for solving customer complaint. ** Duties and responsibilities - Ensure all suppliers comply with food safety program. - Overview and ensure the product and operation process comply with quality management system. - Verify and review document including monitor operation standard related to SOP/ GMP/ HACCP. - To be representative when customer and government officer visit/audit. - Set up and implement internal audit following annual plan. - Food safety standard in-house trainer. - Control overall Butchery process - Control quality and stock of portioning products
