- Preparing Payment vouchers & Cash on Hand Vouchers ( Ensure all payment are effectively managed based on credit term and company policies) - Verifying payments vouchers with supporting documents before getting approval for payment - Daily monitoring invoice logbook from purchase - Prepare Daily & monthly AP ageing report send to management - Daily preparing all invoice expenses and analysis to Feedpro Kh Phnom Penh - Keep filling and classifying document by Categories, Payment vouchers & Cash on Hand Vouchers - Monthly stock count Prepare stock by category and brand, labeling stock. - Prepare Daily & monthly AR ageing reports send to management. - Responds to daily customer and supplier calls and inquiries - Monthly Bank Reconciliation - Monthly Petty Cash Reconciliation - Prepare other job-related duties as necessary

- Male or Female ( Female is preferred ) - Cambodian & Located in local area (Kampong Cham or Tboung Khmum) - Bachelor degree in Account & Finance or related field - Strong verbal & communication skill - Independence, hard work, courage & able to travel - Responsibility & Honest.
