• Act as the main technical adviser on site for sub-contractors/main-contractors and operatives • Set out and surveying the site • Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations • Ensure all materials used and work performed are as per specifications • Oversee the selection and requisition of materials • Manage, Monitor and Interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client • Liaise with any consultants, sub-contractors/main-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project • Plan the work and efficiently organize site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines • Oversee quality control, health and safety matters on site • Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise • Prepare reports as required

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred • Experience in the Engineering field- design, installation, operation, maintenance and integration with ELV systems of Fire Alarm, BMS, PA System, MATV, CCTV, Access Control etc. • Knowledge in Facility Management Systems operations & Engineering best practices • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Exceptional customer service skills. • Good communications skills in English
