- Respond customer’s calls and massages (in social media channels, Email ) - Ensure that the responds of messages (social media channels, Email)is provided on time. - Provide customers the product and service consultations, specifications, terms and conditions. - Complete call logs and prepare call reports on the timely manner. - Handle tasks assigned by Manager. - To create sales and marketing planning - To follows up and update customer relationship report - To collect and analyze sale information for strategies and action plan development - To manage quality customer portfolio, maintain accurate records, and always follow company’s policies and procedures - Experience in CRM/spreadsheet - To implement sale strategies plan and perform sale activities - To report sale activities to general manager

- At least 2 years’ experience in sale and marketing industrial - Bachelor degree in related fields - To be good at English or can priority - Strong command in English (Speaking and writing skill) - English (Daily conversion) - Be honest, responsible, flexible, independent, and able to work under pressure.
