- Supervise the daily operations outsourced staffs such as janitor, security guard, gardeners, parking operator and internal ream if Hongkong Land - Manage the Fire Command Centre and act as Fire Warden in case emergency - Arranging duty roster of team members, OT Claim, leave application and approval - Monitor Building Management Control Room where supervises CCTV surveillance - Attend and manage any emergency situations or incident such as fire alarms, bomb threats, electrical cut-off, flooding. Leaking issue…etc. - Facilitate the request of tenants and trouble shoot of complaints - Carry out routine check on building services including patrolling, cleanliness, safety, security of the tenants, staffs, visitors, contractors, suppliers, vendors…etc. - Develop checklist and provide recommendation to improve the standard of the building where deem to do so - Assign zoning for Building Attendants, outsourced staffs to carry their duties assigned with proper tools or equipment, and ensure the building safety standard is followed without compromise - In-charge of operation shift report, provide a useful and accurate report for management review - Join briefing session/morning/afternoon/night for security or cleaning - Manage and enforce the safety Standard to all fitting out contractors, by coordinating well with technical team to ensure no risks of the works carried out - Oversee the performance/discipline loading/unloading bay/checkpoint - Anticipate the risk management - Conduct performance appraisals of the team members in accordance with company policies and procedures - Perform other duties that may be assigned by management
