Carry out analysis of data and provide information to support Person in Charge of Country Procurement in meeting strategic procurement objectives. - Understand the Procurement Process, Policy, Procedure, and SOP.  - Ensure the approval process of onboarding new vendors/suppliers is in compliance with the procurement P&P and procurement governance. - Ensure the vendor registration documents are accurate and up-to-date as per procurement P&P.  - Track suppliers' list and regularly review and update it.  - Assist in tracking and monitoring PO records, both issuing to and receiving from BE/BU in each specific category.  - Assist in collecting and consolidating the record of contracts by respective categories to ensure 100% on-time renewal. Ensure consistency and accuracy of all communications with stakeholders and vendors.   Perform I.T and Banking operation sourcing activities for low-value transactional initiatives: starting from market research, internal data fact-finding, sourcing for suppliers, preparation of Request for Information/Quotation /Proposal documentation, process governance, analysis of commercial evaluation, negotiation on commercial Term & Conditions of contracts, and following through to closure and execution of the contracts.  - Track savings within the respective purchasing/project category at achieved negotiation point and projected actual savings. - Develop a frequent procurement report to ensure a common understanding of key activities undertaken or planned within the respective category. - Assist in other tasks assigned by the bank.

** Qualifications (Basic Degree/Diploma etc) - Bachelor & Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Engineering / Computer Science) ** Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements ** Relevant Work Experience - 2 years of experience of relevant Procurement backgroud in any industry. ** Competencies/Skills (Essential to succeed in this job) ** Functional skills - Able to conduct procurement sourcing with minimal supervision . - Able to lead in commercial negotiations with vendors - Good analytical and negotiation skills - Knowledge on basic contracts & procurement terms and conditions - Ability to do market research ** Personal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership]) - Good presentation and influencing skills, required in faciliating and assisting stakeholders on the procurement governance process - Good interpersonal and communication skills
