Leasing & Customer service Executive – to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to scout potential clients, turn them into actual ones, and achieve high occupancy rates. Salary- Negotiable JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Report to Asset Management Manager, this role’s responsibilities include: • Present properties and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants • Act as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market • Advertise available properties using a variety of promoting ways • Confirm rental application data and personal references • Billing/receiving of rental and utilities fee • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deal • Keep records of clients and visitors to the building • Tidy and maintain the reception area • Coordinate the visitors and supplier in and out of the buildings • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

1. Proven working experiences as a leasing agent 2. Working knowledge of leasing practice 3. MS. Office familiarity 4. Excellence communication and negotiation skills 5. Persuasive with sales & marketing and customer service skills 6. Able to work on weekends (Days off will be arranged during weekdays) 7. Chinese Speaking is preferred 8.
