- Gather customer data for contract preparation; - Input customer data into system (Camapp); - Prepare Contract and payment table for customer; - Filling completed contract; - Follow up sale daily sale report and update; - Reporting (customer deposit, completed contract, contract terminate, resale house, house number exchange, and drawing revision request…) - Meet and consult to customer about contract and payment method; - Update master plan and share to related departments in company; - Perform other tasks assigned by manager.

- Degree in BBA of Business Administration or related field; - At least 2-year experience in applied position; - Good computer literature Ms. Office (Ms. Words/Excel, outlook, Internet & E-mail; - Experience in using Camapp system or similar system; - Good understand in contract preparing and processing; - Good knowledge in filling system; - Good communication and presentation skills. - Good behavior, Hardworking, Flexible, Honest and Self-motivated - Able to work under pressure and good at team work. - Good in writing/speaking/listening English
