• Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches • Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks • Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols • Build positive relationships with customers • Identifies problems and coordinates appropriate corrective action. • May serve as a project team member on project implementations • Prepares activity reports on support activities. • Provide value as a team member in cross functional implementations • May provide on-call support coverage via on call rotation schedule as needed

• Degree in electrical or mechanical or equivalent work experience • Experience performing service/ technical support role in ELV or M&E engineering environment. • Exceptional customer service skills with expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving complex data center and infrastructure systems related problems. • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications • Computer skill: Ms. Office, Ms. Project, internet and e-mail • Language: Good communication skills both in Khmer and English
