1. To execute designed Sales activities/Distribution plan & coverage/and shop-floor execution for the products within his/her territory according to plan; 2. To keep an open communication with Medical Rep., Trade Marketing, Marketing and counterparts in order to integrate marketing promotion to sales; 3. To plan sales activities in his/her territory to maintain and lift sales; 4. To establish the market information about focus products and commodity product in area his possible; 5. To share knowledge among the team to increase the competencies of the team in creating sales; 6. To handle customers complaints and solve the soonest possible time; 7. To prepare weekly and monthly report to Supervisor; 8. To update product knowledge and market knowledge which be helpful to sell; 9. To conduct regularly customer visit, survey competitor, and product price; 10. To assist other co-worker in related job; 11. To perform other related tasks as assigned by superior.
