- Keep track the progress of site(s) - Plan and schedule materials to be purchase in accordance with the master schedule and the actual site progress - Prepare requisition orders to purchasing team - Solve problems and coordinate with warehouse, site engineer and procurement team - Record data of requisitions - Follow up materials to site(s) - Randomly check material specifications - Follow up and check new/revised drawings and BOQ to update/revise/raise new material requisitions - Other duties as assigned by management

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or other engineering related field - Fresh graduate or 1-year experience working in construction project(s) - Understand the construction work flow - Be able to read drawing clearly - Familiarize requirements of drawings and specifications, and terms and conditions of Project Contracts. - Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) AutoCAD - Microsoft Project - Time management skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines - Strong presentation, written, communication and report writing skill - Ability to work with team environment - Good problem solving - Ability to work under pressure Honest, personalised, Friendly - Written and spoken English - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written What we offer: We offer attractive remuneration and fringe benefits including free meals, seniority pay, bonus, and insurance, etc. with excellent career development opportunities to the right candidates.
