** ABOUT THE ROLE The Field Collection Supervisor will be mostly responsible for all overall Loan Recovery Management of the Company. He/she will be responsible for the management and implementation of the loan recovery department and find out a good strategy as well as solution technique to recover all our Company Asset and Profits. You will be a management of your team and will work directly with the Operation Manager as well as Management Team. He/she would inform directly to Manager. - Be responsible for loan recovery staff activity and improvement - Analyses on PAR% and collection project as well as prepare plan and target for staff - Leads all level of Loan Recovery Staff to work efficiently and effectiveness to company especially Loan Recovery Unit by assign, instruction, motivation, coaching, plan, target, follow up and checking. - Finds good solution, ideas and technique in order to advise staff’s solving problem with difficulty lessee - Controls the company’s cost effective and maintain a good portfolio at risk - Improves collection effort by identifying, analyzing, and recommending loss litigation opportunities - Oversees client communication to resolve debt issues peacefully and result - Assists with the negotiation of payment plans to settle account delinquencies - Assigns staff to field activities of lessee overdue follow with company policy and manager assignment - Field daily staff controlling, check staff report and staff daily activities - To ensure that all staff’s performance compliance with regulations of company - Reports all staff activities, Collection activities and other to Operation Manager - Finds the reason of lessee overdue and provides solution to loan recovery staff - Develops staff performance in department to have a strong communication skill to solve problem - Provides strategic, training and advisement to staff on collection activities and improvement toward the result based - Provides and leads all level of staff to make more communication with internal and external, especially authority to get smoothly on collection result. - Provides training to Loan Recovery Staff to understand the collection procedure and risk management - Supports to monitor and develop staff performance and skills - Supports HR & Admin Department for training about Collection Policy and Procedure - Builds good relationship among the team and provides training to staff to solve overdue lessee of all situation and circumstances

Jobs Requirement

- Relevant Bachelor’s degree, Master degree is a plus - At least 4 years of experience in Loan Recovery and Collection Management (experience at a financial institution is an advantage) - Self-starter - Good and Strong strategic problem solving - Strong team building and honest - Good situation analysis and communication skills - Mature disposition with good interpersonal skills - Good oral, written communication and presentation skills - Good English proficiency, both written and spoken
