** ABOUT THE ROLE The Branch Manager will be mainly responsible for leading the Sales Team to reach the branch’s KPIs as set by the company and the overall management of the branch functions. You will work directly with the OM and related department managers. You should have a common understanding of sales strategy and management, dealer relationship management and branch management in financial institutions. Sales and Dealer Management:  Directs and manages the Sales Team to ensure the branch achieve the KPIs as set by the Company  Supervises the sales activities (the Application and the Disbursement process) to make sure the standard turns around time is well implemented  Coordinates training/coaching/meeting activities to improve Sales Teams’ skills and efficiency  Monitors, feedbacks, and reports all market information and competitor activities to HQ  Consults with the Operations and Sales Manager to propose a proper promotion for the branch in order to boost sales and take advantage of competitors  Collaboratively manages customers' and dealers’ relationships to deliver high-quality customer experience, loyalty and ensure long-lasting relationships  Recruits new dealers and maintaining the Leasing Ratio followed by branch KPIs as set by the Company  Leads team to provide i-Finance’s process/product education to dealers on a regular basis  Consults and gains support from Operation Manager and Sales Manager for a proper countermeasure to improve the poor performing dealers and regularly follow up the result. Overall Management of the Branch Function included:  General Operation Process Management of the Branch  HR and Administration function of the Branch  Account and Finance function of the Branch  Cash Management function of the Branch  IT & Security Management function of the Branch  General Audit and Compliance issue function of the Branch.  General Branch’ Marketing Management  Increase the company’s Branding and brand awareness at the Dealership level  Consults with Operation Manager and Marketing Manager to produce Marketing Material, display the POP material at dealers and control the branch marketing material stock  Supports the Marketing Manager and branch staff for the Digital Customer conversion process. Other assigned task by management.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Economics or Related field - At least 2 years of experience in branch management in the financial institution - Strong experience in Sales and Dealer Relationship Management is a plus - Self-starter - Mature disposition with good interpersonal skills Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills - Good English proficiency, both written and spoken - Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel - Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
