• Sourcing and Procure local/oversea tools, small machines, materials etc., which are necessary for elevator and escalator installation and maintenance while focusing on high quality and low cost. • Negotiate price and follow up with suppliers • Keep track of all outstanding purchase requests and purchase orders to ensure that goods are delivered on time • Coordinate the delivery of goods to ensure they arrive on site according to schedule • Ensure to inform of any issues or delays relating to procurement and supply of goods • Prepare and keep update monthly procurement report in an accurate and timely manner • Find new vendors for better quality as well as better prices • Monitor on inventory items in warehouse (In & Out) properly and make monthly inventory report. • Conduct Inventory physical count quarterly • Ensure Inventory items are kept in good arrangement. • Keep warehouse clean & Good arrangement • Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.

- Bachelor Degree (business related educational background is preferable) Work Experience in the related fields at least 3 years is preferable - Good English Skill (required to communicate with management and companies outside Cambodia) - Good in computer skill (Microsoft/ Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Having General Business Manner. - Be detailed oriented, flexible, hard-working, honest and willing to work as a team. - Most Preferable is Highly-Motivated Ones who want to be the Professional in field.
