- Bookkeeping, journal entry, accounting control - Prepare payment voucher, invoicing, control cheque - Assist in preparation of correspondence, tracks budget and purchases. - Prepare Monthly expenditure report - Assist in accounting, budgeting and all other financial matters, as required. - Assist in monitoring of payment implementation. - Assist in ensuring that accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are maintained. - Prepare payroll for staffs and labor wage for workers - Monthly tax declaration - Issue invoice - Make logistic arrange both seas and air, custom clearance, make transport arrange between dry- port to warehouse. - Logistic follow up - Bank guarantee, TT, - Support Finance Manager as required. - Performs any others duties as assigned.

B. Job Requirement: 1. Education: Bachelor's Degree 2. Skill: Accounting/ Finance 3. Experience: 5 years of work experience in accounting 4. Computer Skill: Can use Ms. Word, excel, internet, e-mail, quick book, peach tree, accounting system 5. Language Skill: Good command of English 6.
