1. Making purchase order process; Control purchase delivery time; 2. Verify purchase request with stock balance; Obtain quotations from suppliers 3. Prepare progress and outstanding report on monthly basis 4. Updating Customer Order status report from the system everyday 5. Checking and following up raw materials with Warehouse team every day 6. Checking un-post from the system ( Daily output for each section and production lines ) everyday 7. Saving all new order sheet by each customer for new order upcoming: 8. Updating new order into production plan by line and shoe style 9. Updating all sewing / packaging instruction for each customer into production plan if having any requirement. 10. Calculating quantity of each production line based on shoe style to make sure we are able to ship out on time as the customer requested date. 11. Working closely with production and Shipping Departments to ensure that the order is completed on time 12. Other job required by management

1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related fields 2. At least 5 year experience with merchandized, customer clearance, 3. Good communication and negotiation skill 4. Good command of English language and other 5. Good interpersonal skills and possess strong commitment 6. High responsible hardworking and able to work under pressure. 7. Good at innovation and Self-development 8. Knowledge in customer relationship skill 9.
