Job Responsibilities: o Record and update Staff Database into HR system o Process HR official Document/Letter o Process bank account for new employee o Process and claim health and accident insurance for employee o Staff movement record and company org. chart weekly update o Monitor staff attendance and leave records o Process Monthly Payrolls o Support HR compliant processes o Support company events organization by HR Department o Support employee onboarding program o Performance Appraisal activities o Daily and weekly report to HR Manager o Other tasks assigned by L&D Manager/HR Manager

Jobs Requirement

o Bachelor’s in business administration, social studies, or relevant field; further training will be a plus o Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position o Knowledge of HR functions o Good in English Language o Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures o Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus o Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities o Good communication and interpersonal skills o Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude o Strong ethics and reliability
