1. Prepare the picked orders in the staging area. 2. Arrange and tally online orders and packages accordingly to delivery zones 3. Collects goods from other store branches (up to 10kg of workload is involved occasionally) 4. Prepare ice packs and cooler boxes for delivery use 5. Return orders neatly to shopfront or defers for another delivery 6. Management of returns/defer orders 7. Housekeeping of dispatch area 8. Assist in moving stock. 9. Any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned as and when required
