- Issue bills and receipt of service fees based on categories of cargoes and cooperate prices. - Double check actual weights and dimension. - Double check invoice and make sure they are correct before the shipments are delivered. - Prepare and receive cargo or shipments from containers (WH Sorting). - Sort cargoes or shipments based their types, quantities, and customers. - Check and compare data in the system and actual shipments. - Response to customers and customer services’ questions relevant to import cargoes. - Check and manage unknown shipments appropriately in order to find shippers. - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
