Supports the customer facing organization (Key Account / Field Sales / Tele Sales and Trade Lane Teams) by: - Preparing quotations and contracts (including rate proposals and proposal writing) - Supporting the customer contact by preparing customer documents - Supporting the customer planning and implementation process - Providing customer information, supporting the identification and qualification of leads - Analyzing Sales Index - Preparing Sales reports / business reviews
