- Petty cash disbursement and maintenance - Attend to queries from Trade Creditors on outstanding payment - Received invoice with proper verified signature and supporting documents - Prepare Payment Voucher - Prepare Cash/Bank book in Excel - Post payment into Peachtree - Cash/Bank book in Excel Reconcile with Peachtree - Prepare monthly AP Aging Report and Analysis - Monthly Tax Declaration/Payment - Back up team members - To be aware of the Company’s Objectives, Targets and Programs so as to contribute towards the company’s intended results - Ad hoc tasks as may assign by CFO and Accounting Manager.
