Job summary: HR & Admin Officer will be assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. The HR & Admin Officer carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: departmental development, HRIS, employee relations, training and development, organization development, executive administration, and employment. ** Responsibilities: - Recruiting and staffing. - Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping. - Assisting with employee relations and company communication (rules and regulations) - Company-wide committee facilitation and participation. - Facilitate PM, probation staff evaluation and performance appraisal by tracking systems. - Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting and employee services. - Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system. - Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department and labor law compliance. - Other related to administration; car, meeting, event, and traveling arrangement. - Check security guards, drivers, maintenance - Check and control security work report - Check cleaners with cleaning all office/meeting room/ bathroom (by schedules) - Check the company car log books - Check to make sure staffs follow and perform Covid 19 protection before entering the office - Check gasoline reports from drivers - Arrange meeting room for any request meeting and under the direction of admin manager - Control key box in office - Report utilities supply to accountant - Make payment for utilities expense - Report any issue cc security, cars, cleaning and maintenance of the building

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree, Business Admin and other related field. - At least 2 years of experience with HR Department and Administration. - Understand policy, labor law and legislation issues/regulations - Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, consulting with other employees and vendors. - Must be able to read, write and speak English very good level. - Good skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS or Payroll Systems. ** The preferred competencies: - Can do attitude, open-minded, hardworking, high responsibility and good team player. - Good analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and be self-motivated. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Integrity and honesty.
