1. Announcement with outsource and insource that requested from departments 2. Recruitment Processed, Interviewed and Selected for staffs by departments 3. Prepared all policy that related with Company such as Company Policy, Discipline and other 4. Prepared all contract with staffs and other documents and keep with personal file 5. To Shari all information or memo in/out for company to all departments 6. Introduction and briefing of Company Policy and discipline to all staffs start working with company 7. Manage fingerprint for attendant record with all staffs 8. Manage master list for all staffs to collected all information data 9. Prepared all documents for staffs to filling form as Application form, Attendant form, Annual Leave… 10. Manage all staffs attendant record and staffs to use PH, AL and SL by monthly 11. Calculated all staffs with PH, AL, SL by Monthly Report 12. Payrolls for all staffs by monthly and calculates all compensates 13. Provided Training with Company Policy and Discipline by Semester to all staffs 14. Prepared and manage all office supplies and equipment for all departments to requested 15. Prepared Staffs Birthday and Annual staffs Party of Trip 16. Prepared all meeting by Monthly, Quarterly, Semester and Yearly with Chairman 17. Prepared Budgets plan and business plan by department 18. HR Monthly Report and send to GM and Chairman

Jobs Requirement
