• Analyze target customers’ exposed digital platform, and come up with strategy to attract them • Study competitor’s activity and recommend strategies to the company • Plan and create content for digital platforms • Plan and control Edimsum social - media (Facebook, WeChat, Google, YouTube… etc.) • Plan and control Edimsum mobile App (in consideration) • Plan and control company website (SEO, Google Analytic) • Control and analyze the company’s customer database • Run SMS blast to specific group for Sales purpose • Run Email blast to specific group for Sales purpose • Run App Marketing to specific group for Sales purpose • Run and control ads on all digital platform • Work closely with delivery team to analyze and ensure customer satisfaction • Work closely with Call Center to analyze data so that we can run digital campaign to increase sales • Prepare accurate reports on digital marketing campaign performance • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry • Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies • Support other tasks as directed by the Business Development Manage • Photoshop, Auto cab up, Sketch up, Microsoft and PowerPoint
