- Develop sales training curriculum for all Partnerships Department, - Develop training plan and training calendar, - Budget plan & management Lead all sales training activities in Partnership Department and other business need; - Provide sales coaching to all level of sales forces in Partnerships Department and other business partner; - Develop an attractive training tools for sales forces. - Offer an effective customer rejection coaching. - Do frequently TNA (Training need analysis) - Coordinate with team to improve the content and delivery methods of relevant training courses and development initiatives. - Serve as a central point for knowledge and skills related to sales. - Work closely with the sales management teams in organizing Bancassurance events, especially on the side of providing extraordinary event experience. - Join field work with Financial Advisors or Bancassurance Managers - Perform other tasks assigned by management.

** WORKING RELATIONSHIPS * Internal interface: - Report directly to GM of Partnership Distribution or as the Company may direct from time to time. - Work closely with other team members. - Coordination and communication with other departments, and regulators. ** Education: - University degree, preferably in Education, Economics, or Business Administration - Minimum 3-year experience holding positions of financial services front line, trainers OR Sales - Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in education/ training with experience teaching at university - Highly ambitious, independent thinker, hard-working and high level of empathy ** Experience & Skill: - Hardworking and can work independently - Good inter-personal communication - Good presentation skills - Customer focused - Positive attitude and honest - Result-oriented - Humble - Highly confident
