- Review and understand existing HSE policies, and develop and implement new environmental and safety policies and practices - Continually identify and review hazards, risk assessments, and controls, and coordinate resolution of any issues. - Ensure compliance with internal and external environmental/safety legislation & laws - Prepare and plan preventative safety and environmental management activities as required. - Prepare, plan, and practice - Monitor and review safety of work, perform regular inspections and conduct meetings to communicate findings. - Organize or provide regular consultation and training to members of the organization on health and safety - Assess, analyze and collate safety and environmental performance data for reporting monthly - Act as a role model for environmental and safety standards within the organization - Liaise with regulatory bodies and key individuals within the organization (both locally and abroad) regarding any matters or issues related to safety - Carry out incident and accident investigation as well as root cause analysis and submit required reports and non-conformance details to management - Prepare and maintain documented information and records required to meet ISO 14001 and 45001 standards - Monitor housekeeping conditions and coordinate issues to the responsible supervisor or manager - Embrace a culture of continuous development by actively seeking to identify and recommend ways to improve safety and environmental performance - Carry out inspection of all factory machinery, power tools and other equipment every 3 months. - Issue and maintain inspection report and records for plant and equipment - Carry out other duties as assigned by management from time to time

- Technical Education/Engineering or certificate in training with a registered health and safety training academy. - Good understanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements - Experience in working in occupational health and safety management in a Cambodian facility for minimum of 3 years. - Strong written and spoken English and Khmer skills - Have good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) - Demonstrate patience and be able to work under pressure - Reliable, responsible, and dependable in fulfilling obligations and teamwork - Positive attitude and work habits, cooperative, honest and ethical.
