o Develop, implement, administer, and maintain procedures and process for ensuring the stability and availability of commercial system. o Proactively monitor systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime. o Design, improvement and upgrade the system to ensure the highest levels of availability, scalability, performance and automation. o Responsible for providing trend analysis to manager in term of decisions making regarding human resource, technical skill, training, and business process’s change. o Weekly/Monthly monitor and troubleshooting backup and storage health and scheduled batch jobs and queues including any ad-hoc activities: data refreshing, data verification, application log in. o Ensure day-to-day operation of commercial systems such as Distribution Information System, Sales Information System, Sale Force Automation, Contract Management System are working CRM system smoothly. o Ensure all documents are up to date such as training materials, contracts, inventory movement, billings, SOP, change requests, reports, ticket systems. o Monitor system performance in both UAT & Production environments. o Develop the detailed planning and delivery of the project including control of budget, timeline, scope, and quality.

o Bachelor Degree in computer Science / MIS or related field o Experience or certified in Project Management (PMI, Scrum, SAFe) is a plus o In-deep knowledge in CRM or EPR system, SAP or Ms Dynamics 365 is plus o Knowledgeable in Microsoft .Net and SQL database is an advantage o Experience manager team, consultants and vendor o In-deep knowledgeable in Microsoft .Net and SQL database o Experience of implementing and maintaining interfaces between core ERP systems and other external system is an advantage o Experience working with front end sales tools such as IOS / Android Apps., Distributor Information Systems and Point of Selling applications, CRM is a plus o Experience of business processes and route to market of beer/alcohol/FMCG industry
