o Develops and maintains project plans for all ERP enhancements o Ensures that all necessary documentation is completed by team members for all programming efforts. o Enforces the compliancy of established processes and procedures for project management and ERP design and coding standards for all development efforts. o Evaluate, recommend, and implement administrative software standards; upgrade procedures and maintenance activities to achieve the highest possible reliability and accessibility of enterprise applications. o Define the scope of enterprise application projects, coordinate project schedules, and monitor progress to ensure that projects meet requirements and established milestones; maintain enterprise application including software updates, reporting tools, and database management. o Planning and implementation of enterprise application of all departments to meet project requirements, priorities, and deadlines. o Perform business process analysis to ensure technical and application components meet business requirements. o Track and monitor through Help Desk/Ticketing system to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. o Interface with vendors and clients of all enterprise applications. o Assist Head of IT with project budgeting, cost benefit analysis, and return on investment for all campus wide enterprise information systems projects, modifications or enhancements.

o Bachelor Degree in computer Science / MIS or related field o Experience or certified in Project Management (PMI, Scrum, SAFe) is a plus o In-deep knowledge in EPR system, SAP or Ms Dynamics 365 is plus o Knowledgeable in Microsoft .Net and SQL database is an advantage o Experience manager team, consultants and vendor o In-deep knowledgeable in Microsoft .Net and SQL database o Experience in implementing and maintaining ERP or Ms Dynamics 365 o Experience of implementing and maintaining interfaces between core ERP systems and other external system is an advantage o Ability to plan, assign and supervise the work of subordinates o General understanding of the methods and equipment used in information technology, including system analysis and design, and computer programming techniques. o Ability to coordinate a work team and determine and coordinate training for programmers and analysts for specific tasks or assignments. o Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. o Ability to communicate clearly, succinctly and effectively both verbally and in writing. o Knowledge of safe working procedures related to work performed.
