● Gather, analyze and document customer requirements; ● Provide regular technical support to our clients and help them to resolve issues; ● Log and track client issues using project management software; ● Work closely with our technical team and developers to create gap analysis’ and quotations; ● Coordinate the testing and delivery of software updates to our clients; ● Assist with the implementation, set-up and configuration of ERP systems to be ready to use for clients; ● Train clients to ensure they know how to use our ERP systems; ● Track and resolve software related issues to ensure client satisfaction.

● Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, IT, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent; ● At least 1 year of working experience; ● Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service abilities; ● Great communication in both English and Khmer language; ● Have a good knowledge of basic business processes and demonstrate strong analytical abilities; ● Enjoys challenges and able to meet targeted deadlines; ● Be able to work well independently and as part of a team; ● Experience in using Accounting or ERP systems such as Quickbooks, Xero, SAP or Oracle is a major plus; Benefits ● 18 days of paid annual leave; ● Paid public holidays according to the statutory regulations; ● Training provided; ● Team building dinners, company trips, etc.; ● Friendly, start-up working environment with awesome colleagues;
